Tomorrow makes a month since our first offshore trip of the year. We left at 7am and the fog was so thick You couldn't see the pass bridge 30 feet in front of you. Eventually the fog lifted and we ran about 40 miles off shore. On the way we stopped and picked up an I love you balloon about 20 miles offshore that Sonny swore he sent out there for me. Five more miles into the trip we came across a large tank most likely off the oil rig that exploded. We also came across huge area's of what we thought to be oil but turns out it was algae. Overall we had a great trip and it did wonders for my winter blues. Enjoy the sunshine we can't get enough!
